How it works
Alarm monitoring is a quick and detailed communication between your residential or industrial security system and our central monitoring station. Your system’s control panel acts as the center of a network of sensors, which may include window or door sensors, motion detectors, tamper sensors, or specialized temperature, flood, and smoke detectors. When your system is armed and any of these sensors are triggered, a signal is sent to our monitoring station.

What we Receive
Ιn the event of a break in, alarm going on, fire or smoke detection, power or battery outage, robbery and so on, our monitoring station is notified immediately and can handle the situation appropriately using predefined actions for each emergency case such as notifying the primary customer, sending a patrol, calling the police of fire department, informing the next of kin, the general practitioner, calling an ambulance, the EAC or other authorities.
